Thumbs Up Thursday
Thursdays recipes will always be my favorites

Taco Pie
2 pkgs. Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
1/2 bag of tortilla chips (crush to small pieces right in the bag *rolling pin works great*)
1 pkg. dry taco seasoning
1 jar taco sauce
1 pkg. cheddar cheese ~ grated (2 cups)
1 lb. ground beef
Sour cream
Directions ~ Line a 9 x 13 pan with crescent rolls. Press the rolls have way up the sides of the pan and press seams together. Spread half of the crushed tortilla chips on top of the crescent rolls. Brown the ground beef and drain off fat. Add the dry taco seasoning mix and jar of taco sauce. Heat until warm. Spread mixture on top of shells. Cover meat with sour cream and top with shredded cheese. Top with the remaining tortilla chips and BAKE AT 350 for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and chips are browned. Serve with chips and salsa if desired…..yum!
